Is there a free trial?

Yes! The Scout plan is free forever with no credit card required. For paid plans, we offer a 14-day free trial so you can explore all features before committing.

Can I change plans at any time?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and ACH bank transfers for annual plans. Government purchase cards (P-Cards) are also accepted.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount on annual billing. Contact us for annual pricing or select the annual option during checkout.

What happens when I reach my AI usage limits?

When you approach your monthly limits, we will notify you. You can upgrade your plan for more capacity, or wait until your limits reset at the beginning of the next billing cycle. We never charge overage fees.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use enterprise-grade security including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, and SOC 2 Type II compliant infrastructure. Your proposal data and business information are never shared or used to train AI models.

Do you offer a government/GSA pricing?

Yes, we offer special pricing for government agencies and organizations with a GSA Schedule contract. Contact our sales team for details.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
